Established in Year 1983, now with over 30 years presence in Indian Electronics Market, OSCAR had become a household name in white goods electronics products. The company was established by a team of professionals under the leadership of Mr. Satish Verma & Mr. Kishan Kumar Kejriwal – The then Chairman and MD respectively.
Oscar started with its first factory in Teghoria-Kolkata in West Bengal with 75 workers, the brand today employs a working strength of more than 300 employees including 50+ administrative staffs.
We have now expanded our manufacturing units in India at Noida (UP), Mohali (Punjab), Solan & Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh) and Kolkata (West Bengal) keeping in minds the Pan India manufacturing facilities and marketing.
We boost a strong network of more than 84 distributors and 5000 retailers in North and Eastern India alone and slowly but steadily catching up with the rest of India too. A strong and efficient after sales service network is present at all point of sales through direct control by the company technicians as well as through specialized service franchisees.

Subject to complications in repair and your approval of the initial estimate, if the required parts is/are available, your product will be repaired in 4 days time.
Our representative will call you on the number provided at the time of depositing your product at the service centre and inform you.
Our Service Centre has been optimised to make finding a service centre in your area as convenient as possible.

Currently we have home service for LCD/LED TV, Audio Hi-Fi and Home Theatre products. You may contact the nearest Service Centre to schedule arrangement.
Warranty service is not provided in cases of:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, fading, or battery depletion)
- Use of the product in conditions not specified by the manufacturer
- Loss or damage due to shipping after purchase, unless shipped by us
