How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Damages

Oscar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@oscarindiastore.com or call +91 7941050777 with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner.
