We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Oscar. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
